We are still in business! We currently package and label from a home office and do contactless bin drop-off at our carrier.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and sent out within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your package has been picked up by the carrier! Chit Chats is used to ship all parcels through your local carrier.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products for hygienic reasons. However, if you receive a broken or defective product, please contact us with a photo of the defect attached and we will ship you a replacement at no cost.


Are all products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we commit to staying 100% cruelty-free — Kitten Cosmetics is absolutely against animal testing. Additionally, no animal products are used in any of our products! This includes eyelashes, brushes and anything that looks like it may be made with hair or fur. We carefully choose our products and manufacturers based on this.


Can the liquid lipstick also be used around the eyes?

Yes, our liquid lipsticks are eye-safe! To add to that, our red-based formulas contain no carmine and only iron oxides for pigmentation.  We are also  compliant with Health Canada's Cosmetics Safety Act and safe ingredients list for each product's intended purpose.


Where is the company based?

Kitten Cosmetics operates online and is based in Vancouver, Canada. All prices are listed in CAD currency.
We also have select Canadian retailers that carry our products in-store and can be found in the directory on our Retailers page.
